| dc.description.abstract | Akromegalik fenotip her zaman artmış IGF-1 ve büyüme hormonu düzeyleriyle ilişkili olmayıp bu durum psödoakromegali olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Akromegalinin fenotipik özelliklerinin insülin direnci olan hastalarda görülmesi enderdir. Bu durum insülinin metabolik etkilerinin bozulmasına karşı mitojenik etkilerinin korunmuş olmasının bir sonucu olarak görülebilmektedir. Bu yazımızda insülin direnci ile ilişkili bir psödoakromegali olgusunu sunuyoruz. | en_US |
