dc.description.abstractPatent ductus arteriosus(PDA), genellikle erişkin yaşta semptomatik hale gelerek tanı almaktadır. Son yirmi yılda, PDAların transkateter yolla kapatılmasında büyük başarı sağlanmıştır. Bu tekniği uygulamak geniş PDAlarda görece kolay olmakla birlikte; küçük bir PDAdan kan akımının aksi yönünde kateteri geçirmek zor ve zaman harcayıcı olabilmekte hatta bazen başarısızlıkla sonlanmaktadır. Böyle durumlarda; tersi yönde kılavuz teli snare ile yakalayarak aortadan pulmoner artere ve sağ atriyuma çekmek yardımcı olabilmektedir.en_US
