dc.description.abstractHELLP sendromu, hemoliz, serumda artmış karaciğer enzim- leri ve düşük trombosit sayısı ile karakterize gebeliğin nadir bir komplikasyonudur. Mortalite hayatı tehdit eden komplikasyon- lar ile artmaktadır ve mortalitenin en belirgin nedeni intrakran- yal kanamalardır. Biz burada 27 yaşında, 25 haftalık ilk gebeli- ği olan ve postpartum 4. günde subaraknoid kanama gelişen bir olguyu sunduk. Dikkatli değerlendirme ve özellikle hipertan- siyonun hızlı ve dikkatli yönetimi HELLP sendromuna bağlı int- rakranyal komplikasyonlardan hastaları koruyabilir.en_US
