Abstract: Ventricular tachycardia (VT) episodes may be fatal inpatients with low ejection fraction. Current guidelinesrecommend implantable cardioverter defibrillatorimplantation after optimal medical treatment for thesepatients. Catheter ablation therapies should be consideredin recurrent VT episodes. However, treatment options arelimited in patients who cannot undergo catheter ablation.Hereby, we present a patient who had low ejection fraction, aortic and mitral valve replacement history with recurrentepisodes of VT, and was not able to be planned invasivecatheter ablation.
