Abstract: Bu çalışmada 10 farklı anilin türevi NaNO2 ve HCl ortamında diazolanmış, oluşan diazonyum tuzları 3-amino krotononitril ile reaksiyona sokulup 1a-1j maddeleri sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşikler 2-hidroksi etil hidrazin ile ısıtılarak halka kapama reaksiyonu sonucu 2a-2j maddeleri elde edilmiştir. Amino pirazol türevi olan bu bileşiklerin, NaNO2 ve susuz sülfürik asit ortamında tekrar diazonyum tuzları oluşturulup, 3-amino-5-hidroksi-1H-pirazol bileşiği ile kenetlendirilmiştir. Sentezlenen 3a-3j bileşikleri saflaştırıldıktan sonra yapıları FT-IR ve 1H-NMR spektroskopisi kullanılarak karakterize edilmiştir. Bileşiklerin absorbsiyon spektrumları UV-vis spektrofotometresi kullanılarak ölçülmüş ve bulunan sonuçlar üzerine çözücü ve asit-baz etkisi incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak 10 farklı yeni pirazol türevi dispers azo boyarmadde literature kazandırılmıştır.
In this study, 10 different aniline derivatives were diazotized in NaNO2 and HCl, and the resulting diazonium salts were reacted with 3-amino crotononitrile to synthesize substances 1a-1j. The synthesized compounds were heated with 2-hydroxy ethyl hydrazine and 2a-2j substances were obtained as a result of the ring closing reaction. Diazonium salts of these compounds, which are amino pyrazole derivatives, are formed again in the medium of NaNO2 and anhydrous sulfuric acid, and coupled with the 3-amino-5-hydroxy-1H-pyrazole compound. After the synthesized compounds 3a-3j were purified, their structures were characterized using FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The absorption spectra of the compounds were measured using UV-vis spectrophotometer and the effects of solvent and acid-base on the results were examined. As a result, 10 different new pyrazole derivative disperse azo dyestuffs were brought to the literature.
