The pandemic has started a new era in all our social, economic, health etc. life practices. This period, referred to as New Normal, mobilized different dynamics in every field. The Covid-19 pandemic has inevitably opened a new era in cities. The aim of the study is to discuss the effects of the pandemic on the cities, to define the new normal city, to reveal how the citizens perceive, define and expect the new normal city. The scope of the study is epidemics and cities. It was supported by the results of a comprehensive field study conducted in 4 cities in the Lakes Region.
