In this study, regional flood frequency analysis is carried out for annual maximum flood series of stream gauging stations in the West Mediterranean River basins in Turkey based on an index flood method with L-moments parameter estimation. The region is divided into three homogeneous subregions; Antalya, Lower West Mediterranean and Upper West Mediterranean subregion using L-moment homogeneity test. After determining the homogeneous subregions, design floods with various recurrence intervals are calculated for stream gauging stations in each homogeneous subregions.en_US
