Determination of conditions for the cultivation of Chlorella and the possibility of using algae as a biological feed additive (BFA) are very important in agricultural field, This article presents the results of the study on chemical composition (mineral substances) of previously unexplored filamentous algae of fresh water bodies near the Semipalatinsk region and cultured Chlorella. The optimal conditions for the cultivation of Chlorella were investigated: the effect of temperature, selection of the nutrient medium and pH of the medium. The following stages of the study of filamentous algae were carried out: preparation of plant raw materials, taking a sample of the test material for analysis, determination of micro and macro elements of filamentous algae and Chlorelic/ by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and by atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).en_US
