dc.description.abstractIt is aimed in this article to introduce the views and estimates on written Cosac literature of Ahmet Baytursinuh who gave literary works during the Russian Reign. His literary work, perhaps one of the first in literary history, entitled the "Edebiyet Tanitkiş" (introduction to Literature). Ahmet Baytursinuh wrote in age of the Russian invasion. Since the 90's, the end of Russian dominance, the works of Baytursinuh and other authors and poets were written under Russian totaliatment union system in the circle of the official opinion. The significant of the works were the investigation of the age, even though there works were not decisively indicative for the classification of the literary genres. The present classification experiences are based on more realytic approaches. Ahmet Baytursinuh's opinions on Cosac written literature periods has importance for the illumination of this period and plays on important role among the comparison bet ween other Turkish folks.en_US
