Cutaneous involment of CT is rare and is often of pulmonary origin. Information about CT skin metastasis is based on case reports. It usually occurs as a multiple nodules after diagnosis of the primary tumour. Treatment options for skin lesions include surgical excision, CO2 laser, opioid analgesics, somatostatin and electrocauterization. We present a case of atypical CT skin metastasis.
