Tedarik zinciri yönetemi ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 21. yüzyılda geliştirilen en önemli işletme stratejilerinden biri olan Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi incelenmiştir. İşletmelerde, teknolojinin gelişmesine paralel olarak yeni yönetim tekniklerinin gelişmesi aralıksız devam etmektedir. Teknolojik gelişimin hızla artmasıyla pazarlar daha da yakınlaşmakta ve bu yakınlaşma sonucunda, mamulün daha kaliteli, daha kullanışlı, daha uygun fiyatlı ve daha hızlı olarak pazara ulaşması gerekli hale gelmektedir. Hız ise hem mamulün hem de hizmetin entegrasyonu sayesinde sağlanabilmektedir, bu entegrasyonu sağlamada ise en etkili çözümlerden biri olarak Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi ve buna bağlı çözümler kullanılmaktadır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde; çalışmanın önemi, amacı, çalışmada izlenen yöntem ve çalışma planı yer almıştır. Birinci bölümde, işletmelerde tedarik ve tedarik zinciri kavramları ele alınmış, ikinci bölümde Tedarik Zincir Yönetiminin tarihsel gelişimi ve konuyla ilgili yapılan önemli literatür çalışmalarından bahsedilmiş, Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminin amaçlan, fonksiyonları, elemanları, ilkeleri ve yararları bu bölümde ayrıntılı olarak anlatılmıştır. Son bölümde ise, bir kamu hastanesinde Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi uygulaması ele alınmış, bu çerçevede mevcut sistemin yapısı ve işleyişi incelenerek ve ilgililerden gerekli bilgiler alınarak sorunlar ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Ortaya çıkan sorunların Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi çerçevesinde çözümü ve sistemin iyileştirilmesine yönelik çözüm önerilerine yer verilmiştir.

II In this study, The Supply Chain Management (SCM), one of the most important business strategies, has been analysed. In business world, the development of new management techniques has been continuing as a non-stop process with parallel to the development of technology. The markets have been closer due to the fact of technological progress. As a result of them being closer, it has been a necessity that all the products should be more useful, be presented at more appropriate price and they should be delivered to the markets as quickly as possible. The quickness can be provided as a result of integration of both products and service. As being an effective solution mechanism in the provision of this integration process, the SCM and its derivatives have to be used. In the introduction chapter of the thesis, the importance, aim of the study together with the approach been followed and a study plan. In the first chapter, the concepts of the supply and supply chain are at the focus. In the second chapter, the historical development of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the related literature on the issue build the main point. Besides, the aims, functions, elements, principles and benefits of SCM are deeply described. In the final chapter of the study, the SCM application at a public hospital has been evaluated. In that framework, the problems related are aimed to bring the light by studying the structure and performance of the present system together with gathering some necessary information from those concerned. The solutions for the problematic fields are accommodated in the framework of SCM. Moreover, there are some proposals for the concerning system to be improved.
