Denizli çal yöresi makrofungusları üzerine taksonomik bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Denizli ili Çal ilçesi sınırları içinde yapılan arazi çalışmaları sırasında, 1998, 1999 yıllarında, özellikle ilkbahar ve sonbahar aylarında 525 makrofungus örneği toplanmıştır. Toplanan bütün türlerin morfolojik, ekolojik özellikleri ve yöre halkından alınan bilgiler kaydedilmiştir. Arazi ve laboratuar çalışmaları sonucu 18 familyaya ait 29 tür belirlenmiştir. Bunlardan 3 tür Pezizales 5 tür Aphyllophorales, 3 tür Lycoperdales, 2 tür Hymenogastrales, 2 tür Boletales, 14 tür Agaricales'e aittir. Bunlardan 23 yenen, 4'ü yenmez, 2'si zehirlidir. Yenen türler; Morchella esculanta, Helvella leucopus, Laetiporus sulpheresus, Polyporus squamosus, Lycoperdon perlatum, Lycoperdon molle, Rhizopogon luteolus, Rhizopogon roseolus, Suillus bellini, Chroogomphus rutilus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus eryngii, Lepista nuda, Tricholoma terreum, Armillaria mella, Agaricus bisporus,Agaricus campestris, Coprinus atramentarius, Coprinus comatus, Coprinus micaceus, Agrocybe cylindrica, Russula delica ve Lactarius delicious. In this study, 525 macrofungi specimens were collected during the fields works around Çal in Denizli especially in Autumn and Spring seasons in 1998,1999 The morphological and ecological features of all species and the information got from the inhabitants on mushrooms were recorded. As a result of field and laboratory studies, 29 macrofungi species from 18 families have been identified totally. Among of these macrofungi 3 taxons belong to Pezizales, 5 to the Aphyllophorales, 3 to the Lycoperdales, 2 to the Hymenogastrales, 2 to the Boletales, 14 to the Agaricales. Among these 29 identificated macrofungi 22 of them are edible, 4 of them are not edible, 2 of them are poisonous, 10 of them are wood decaying fungi, 6 of them are wood decaying fungi and also edible. Edible Species are : Morchella esculanta, Helvella leucopus, Laetiporus sulphuresus, Polyporus squamosus, Lycoperdon perlatum, Lycoperdon molle, Rhizopogon luteolus, Rhizopogon roseolus, Suillus bellini, Chroogomphus rutilus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus eryngii, Lepista nuda, Tricholama terreum, Armillaria mellea, Agaricus bisporus, Coprinus atramentarius, Coprinus comatus, Coprinus micaceus, Agrocybe cylindrica, Russula delica and Lactarius delicious. Poisonous species are: Sarcosphaera crassa, Inocybe fastigiata. Not edible species are: Fomes fomentarius, Phellinus torulosus, Schizophyllum commune and Geastrum sessile.
