Abstract: Bu çalışmada, Karcı Dağı'nın Denizli ili sınırları içinde kalan bölgesinde 2000-2001 yıllan İlkbahar ve Sonbahar aylarında yapılan arazi çalışmalarında 530 makrofiıgus örneği toplanmıştır. Toplanan türlerin morfolojik ve ekolojik özellikleri yanında yöre halkından alınan bilgiler kaydedilmiştir. Arazi ve laboratuar çalışmaları sonucu 22 familyaya ait 44 tür belirlenmiştir. Bunlardan 28'i yenen, 16'sı yenmeyen, l'i zehirli, ve 8'i odun tahripçisidir. Yenen türler; Morchella conica, M. elata, M. esculenta, Helvetia leucopus, Peziza vesiculosa, Polyporus squamosus, Lycoperdon molle, L. perlatum, Rhizopogon roseolus,R. Luteolus, Suillus bellinii, Chroogomphus rutilus, Pleurotus ostreatus, P. eryngii, Laccaria laccata, Lepista mıda, Tricholoma terreum, Macrolepiota procera, Agaricus campestris, A. bisporus, Coprinus atramentarius, C. comatus, C. micaceus, Agrocybe cylindrica, Russula delica, Lactarius deterrimus, L. Deliciosus ve Armillaria mellea ' dır. Yenmeyen türler; Paxina acetabulum, Sterewn hirsitum, Forties fomentarius, Laetiporus sulphuerus, Trametes versicolor, Ganoderma applanation, Schizophyllum commune, Phellinus tuberculosus, P. torulosus, Geastrum sessile, G. triplex, Mycena strobilicola, Pluteus salicinus, Entoloma turbidum, Sarcosphaera crassa ve Inocybe fastigiata ' dır. Odun Tahripçisi Türler; Sterewn hirsitum, Fames fomentarius, Laetiporus sulphuerus, Trametes versicolor, Ganoderma applanatum, Schizophyllum commune, Phellinus tuberculosus, Phellinus torulosus' dır. In this study, 530 macrofungi species were collected during the fields works around Karcı Mountain in Denizli especially in Autumn and Spring in 2000-2001. The morphological and ecological features of all species and the information got from the inhabitants on mushrooms were record. As a result of field and laboratory studies, 44 macrofungi species belong to 22 family have been identified totally. Among to identified macrofungi 28 of them are edible, 16 of them are not edible, 1 of them are poisonous and 8 of them are wood decaying fungi. Edible species are; Morchella conica, M. elata, M. esculenta, Helvetia leucopus, Peziza vesiculosa, Polyporus squamosus, Lycoperdon molle, L. perlatum, Rhizopogon roseolus,R.
