In the first chapter, some definitions and theorems that will be used in the others are stated. In the second chapter, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the equivalence of N,pn and |C,l| summability methods and duals of sequence spaces defined by (Sangöl,1987) and (Başanr,1991) are examined.
