Denizli il merkezi yataklı tedavi kurumlarında doğum yapan annelerin emzirme tutumlarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Araştırma Denizli il merkezinde 1-30 Haziran 2000 tarihleri arasında Denizi j Tl Merkezi yataklı tedavi kurumlarında doğum yapan annelerin, emzirme tutumlarını değerlendirmek: amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmamıza bu dönemde doğum yapan 604 kadından, çalışmayı kabul eden 505'i alınmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında; tanıtıcı bilgileri içeren bilgi formu ve emzirme tutumunun değerlendirilmesi amacıyla Ekizler tarafından geliştirilen, 46 maddeden oluşan 5'li likert tipinde Emzirme Tutumunu Değerlendirme aracı kullanılmıştır. Veriler yüz yüze görüşme tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Annelerin emzirme tutum puan ortalaması 85.82±23.21dir.. Anne yaşı ve eş yaşı artması ile emzirme tutum puanın düştüğü belirlenmiştir(p=0.0001, p=0.00Q4). Beş yıldan az eğitim gören ve ilkokul mezunu olan annelerin toplam emzirme tutum puanlan, lise ve dengi okul ile yüksekokul mezunu annelerin puanlarından yüksektir(p<0.0001). Annelerin çalışma durumu emzirme tutum puanını etkilememiş, meslekler arası karşılaştırmada memur annelerin emzirme tutum puanları düşmüştür(p=0.045). Lüks konutlarda oturan annelerin emzirme tutum puanı köyde oturan annelere göre düşüktür(p=0.038). Emzirme bilgisi alan annelerin emzirme tutum puanı bilgi almayan annelere göre düşüktür(p=OST). Aile yapısı, sosyal güvence varlığı, annenin sağlık sorunu ve alışkanlıkları, doğum şekli, doğum sayısı, ölen çocuk sayısı, bir önceki bebeği emzirme süresi, yeni bebeği en az bir kez emzirme, emzirme kuralı emzirme tutum puanlarını etkilememiştir(p>0.05). Bu çalışma, annelerin emzirme tutum puanlarının Ekizler'in çalışmasına göre düşük olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Emzirme, Tutum

This research has been performed in the Center of Denizli: to describe the breast feeding attitudes of the women who gave births in the hospitals between June 1 and 30 June in 2000. 505 of the 604 women involved in the study. For the collection of the data: the data form includes informative knowledge, and a breast-feeding evaluation form that has five-likerts type and 46 items by Ekizler were used. The data were collected by the the tecnique of intervieving face to face. The average breast feeding attitude points of the mothers were 85.82+23.21. It has been determined that the Point of breast feeding attitude was decreased by rising the ages of mothers and famers(p=0.0001,p=0.0004).The breast feeding attitude points of the mothers who were educated less than five years and graduated from primary school were higher than the mothers who were educated in universities and high schools eguivolent schools(p<0.0001).The mother's work stuation did not affect breast feeding attitude points but the type of occupation affected the points. For example the official mothers breast feeding attitude points were decreased (p=0.045). The breast feeding attitudes of the mothers who lived in the apartment were higher than the mothers who lived in the villages(p=0.038). Breast feeding attitudes of the mathers who have bşen given education for breast milk were lower same education (p=0.037). The points were not affected by family structure, social confidence existence, health problems and habits of the mathers the type of birth, the number of children deathed, the time of breast feeding of the previous baby, at least, the cure of breast feeding(p>0.05) This research shows that the mothers breast feeding attitude points decreased according to Ekteler1 study.Key words: Breast feeding, attitude
