Lykos Vadisinde Dionysos kültü

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Anadolu'nun pek çok yerinde tapım gören üzümün, şarabın, sarhoşluğun, gizemin ve tiyatroların tanrısı olan Dionysos'un, Lykos Vadisi'ndeki kültü değerlendirmeye alınmıştır.Dört bölümden oluşan tezin, ilk bölümünde Lykos Vadisi genel hatlarıyla işlenmiştir. Tezin ikinci bölümünde tanrı Dionysos ve kültü hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde, tanrının, Lykos Vadisi'ndeki tapımı belgelerle ortaya koyulmuştur. Tezin dördüncü ve son bölümünde Lykos Vadisi civarındaki Dionysos tapımı olan kentler incelenmiştir.Bulunan belgeler; Dionysos Şenliklerini anlatan bir tiyatro kabartması, üç adet kabartma levhası, iki adet Dionysos heykeli, bir adet lahit parçası, altı adet Dionysos ile ilgili yazıt ve yirmi bir adet Dionysos baskılı sikkedir. Bu eserlerden de, Lykos Vadisi'nde Dionysos kültünün varolduğu; ancak kült konusunda şimdiye kadar ele geçmiş belgelerin az olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. İleride yapılacak olan kazıların bu konuya ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.

In this study, the cult of Dionysos, in the Lykos Valley is analysed. With this purpose, all the documents of the cult of Dionysos, which is the god of the vane, wine, drunkenness, mystery and theatre have been researched.The first chapter of the thesis, which consists of four chapters, provides information about the Lykos Valley. The second chapter gives information about the god and its cult. The third chapter includes the analysis of the documents of the cult of Dionysos in the cities of Lykos Valley. In the fourth and the last chapter, documents about the Dionysos cult in some cities closer to the Lykos Valley are analysed.The documents that are found; a theatrical relief of Dionysiac Festivals, three panels of two other reliefs, two sculptures of Dionysos, a piece of a sarcophagus, six inscriptions about Dionysos and twenty one coins of Dionysos. And it?s proved that there is a cult of Dionysos in the cities of Lykos Valley; but the documents gathered are not enough yet. It is sure that the future excavations will shed a new light on this field.
