Abstract: Castleman's disease is a rare disorder that results in the underregulated growth of lymphoid tissue. It may present as benign involvement of one lymph node group or as multicentric disease with systemic symptoms. We here present a patient with Castleman's disease of mixed-type and multicentric involvement. © 2004 The International Society of Dermatology.
