Abstract: Thoracopancreatic fistula is a rare complication of acute and chronic pancreatitis caused by an inflammatory or traumatic injury to the main pancreatic duct or side branches. Rupture of the duct into the pleura, pericardium, and mediastinum may present as a pancreaticopleural fistula, mediastinal pseudocyst, pancreaticobronchial or pancreticopericardial fistula. We present the imaging findings in a rare case of thoracopancreatic fistula caused by recurrent pancreatitis.
