Abstract

Eğitim-öğretim süreçlerinin hedeflenen düzeyde gerçekleştirilebilmesi için görsel ve işitsel araç-gereçlere ihtiyaç vardır. En yaygın ve en bilinen öğretim araç-gereçleri, ders kitaplarıdır. Geçmişten günümüze her dönem yabancı dil öğretiminin gerçekleştirilmesinde, kalıcı olmasında ve öğrenme ortamının sağlıklı bir biçimde oluşturulmasında ders kitaplarının yeri oldukça büyüktür. Dil öğretimi ders kitapları, öğretmen ve öğrencinin her zaman başvuru kaynağıdır. Bu nedenle, yabancı dil ders kitapları modern yaklaşımlar çerçevesinde özenli bir biçimde hazırlanması gereken araç-gereçlerin başında gelir. Günümüzde yabancı dil öğretimi ders kitapları, Diller İçin Avrupa Ortak Başvuru Metni ölçütlerine ve öğrenci ilgi, ihtiyaç ve gelişim düzeylerine göre oluşturulmaktadır. İçerik albenili, renkli ve bol görselli biçimde tasarlanmalıdır. Çünkü dil öğretim süreçlerinin büyük bir bölümü ders kitapları yardımıyla gerçekleştirilir. Ayrıca kültürel öğelerin dizimi, dillerin yapısal özellikleri ve sesletimleri gibi birçok özellikleri içeriğinde barındırması nedeniyle özenlice hazırlanmalı ve öğrenciye sunulmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, Ortak Başvuru Metni dil düzeylerine (A1-A2) ve küçük yaş gruplarına yönelik hazırlanmış Fransızca öğretimi ders kitapları yüzeysel olarak tanıtılmış ve bu kitapların içeriksel özelliklerine değinilmiştir.

In order to teach and learn a foreign language, audio and visual tools are needed. This is because teaching tools and materials have important functions for the students to reach their targets. The most common teaching tools and materials are textbooks. Textbooks have always had an enormous effect on the processes of learning as well as teaching a language in a well-defined educational environment. Textbooks have also made it possible to make the learning process firmly established. Textbooks on foreign language teaching have always been a source of reference. Therefore, textbooks have to be attentively and carefully prepared. Nowadays, textbooks on foreign language teaching have to be formatted, especially with their use of color, their educational, visual, cultural, linguistic and communicative contents adjusted according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages criteria and levels of student development. At the same time, textbooks are also important because they are reference books on language teaching and the continuous references for the students. This study covers the general characteristics of textbooks prepared according to the language levels of the Common Reference and according to the younger age groups.
