dc.description.abstractIn this research, it was aimed to evaluate Antique Jujube Festival which is a forgotten event among the culinary events held in Antalya. In addition, in this study, various information about the juniper tree which led to the festival organized in the antique age was given and the effect of the food and beverage festivals on the tourism industry was evaluated. Finally, it was concluded with suggestions that would contribute to the development of the destination in terms of tourism festival.-
