Spinal cord compression is a rare but extremely serious complication of hereditary multiple exostoses (HME). Imaging of the spine is important for surgical planning and follow up. We present CT and MR findings in a male patient with HME who developed spinal cord compression from a cervical osteochondroma. Complete recovery was achieved following surgery.en_US
