Critical hand ischemia (CHI) is a relatively infrequent yet potentially devastating clinical entity. CHI is more frequent in patients with end-stage renal disease. Percutaneous treatment with balloon angioplasty can be performed successfully in the majority of patients. In our case, we present the successful treatment of CHI in a young patient with end-stage renal disease using orbital atherectomy and balloon angioplasty. © 2022, HMP Global.
