dc.description.abstractHowever, recently contrast medias are beginning made more safety, side effects are still changing between 5-11%. Most of side effects are minor reactions which do not need any medical therapy. Contrast medias with a low are more physiological than the high ones. Addition, their side effects are less than the contrast medias with high osmolality. Major reactions with ionic agents have not been disappeared even we use contrast medias of which osmolality is low.en_US
