Abstract: Rising tensions apart from a polarized dimension is the underlying mystic flora in knowledge disruption wherein management, training and industry interactions plays pivotal role in creation of sustainability and a resilient body in how well managed the education sectors can be wherein industry and academia often interact to create agility. This study is quite unique in addressing the triple helix model of innovation as applied to Russian higher educational institutes wherein entrepreneurial education and incubation is fast changing the diasporas of knowledge management. This researchparticularly builds on earlier literature available on infusion of both education sector and industry with possible creation of a novel amalgamation of helix to build on a quadruple structure which creates not only relevance but greater flexibility in how well balanced global educational dialects is. The research work also brings in newer versions of the triple helix model wherein social inclusions are also addressed in times of COVID-19. © 2026 by Apple Academic Press, Inc.
