This study is quite unique in addressing the triple helix model of innovation as applied to Russian higher educational institutes wherein entrepreneurial education and incubation is fast changing the diasporas of knowledge management. This researchparticularly builds on earlier literature available on infusion of both education sector and industry with possible creation of a novel amalgamation of helix to build on a quadruple structure which creates not only relevance but greater flexibility in how well balanced global educational dialects is.
