Publisher: | Apple Academic Press | Abstract: | The global community is witnessing a gradual shift towards internal hierarchical balance intuition-based education in which Turkish higher educational institutes are parley to and create greater emphasis on how well balanced the educational courses and dialects are pertaining to management of knowledge and indices of educational dialects which are so critical to today’s educational rewards and outcomes. The random strength of hierarchy in knowledge creation has seen manifold changes particularly in disruptive times like COVID-19 which has brought in greater impetus to digital leanings whereby creating a balanced approach to nonlinear learnings in business schools in Turkey wherein the aura of globalization and humanitarian structures are better revolutionized. In today’s competitive business world, it has become highly important for organizations to focus on bringing innovation in order to compete successfully with other organizations. In order to do so, it is quite important for organizations to carry out intrapreneurial activities, according to which innovative changes are brought and overall business efficiency gets enhanced. This study is carried out for investigating and introducing newer technological progress in education and knowledge hierarchical developments in global business schools for researching the impact of intrapreneurship on organizational empowerment in case of Turkish Higher educational sectors. The study is based on quantitative research method, and it was found that there is a significant and positive impact of intrapreneurship on organizational empowerment. It is highly important in current technologically advanced business world to give opportunities to employees to show their intrapreneurial activities and creativity in order to bring significant improvement in overall organizational empowerment.
