dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında 2-(3-florofenil)-4-metilpiridin (Ln) ve bipiridin ligandları N,N'-dipropil-2,2'-bipiridin-4,4'-dikarboksiamit (L1), N,N'-dibütil- 2,2'-bipiridin-4,4'-dikarboksiamit (L2), N,N'-dipentil-2,2'-bipiridin-4,4'- dikarboksiamit (L3), N,N'-dihekzil-2,2'-bipiridin-4,4'-dikarboksiamit (L4), N,N'-dioktil-2,2'-bipiridin-4,4'-dikarboksiamit (L5), N,N'-dibenzil-2,2'- bipiridin-4,4'-dikarboksiamit (L6), N,N'-di(2-fenil-etil)-2,2'-bipiridin-4,4'- dikarboksiamit (L7) ve bu ligandların iridyum(III) kompleksleri [Ir(Ln)2(L1)], [Ir(Ln)2(L2)], [Ir(Ln)2(L3)],[Ir(Ln)2(L4)], [Ir(Ln)2(L5)], [Ir(Ln)2(L6)], [Ir(Ln)2(L7)] (1-7) sentezlendi. Ligandların ve komplekslerin karakterizasyonunda UV-Vis, FTIR-ATR ve 1H-NMR teknikleri kullanıldı. Sentezlenen iridyum(III) komplekslerinin absorpsiyon ve emisyon çalışmaları toluen, diklorometan ve klorobenzen çözgenleri kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Sentezlenen iridyum(III) kompleksleri (1-7) toluen, klorobenzen ve diklorometan içerisinde 283-485 nm arasında absorpsiyon bandları ve 548-610 nm arasında ise emisyon bandları göstermektedir. Elde edilen veriler sentezlenen komplekslerin kırmızı renkli emisyon yaptığını göstermektedir. In this thesis, 2-(3-fluorophenyl)-4-methylpyridine (Ln) and bipyridine ligands N,N'-dipropyl-2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxamide (L1), N,N'-dibutyl- 2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxamide (L2), N,N'-dipentyl-2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'- dicarboxamide (L3), N,N'-dihexyl-2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxamide (L4), N,N'-dioctyl-2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxamide (L5), N,N'-dibenzyl-2,2'- bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxamide (L6), N,N'-di(2-phenyl-ethyl)-2,2'-bipyridine- 4,4'-dicarboxamide (L7) and their iridium(III) complexes [Ir(Ln)2(L1)], [Ir(Ln)2(L2)], [Ir(Ln)2(L3)], [Ir(Ln)2(L4)], [Ir(Ln)2(L5)], [Ir(Ln)2(L6)], [Ir(Ln)2(L7)] (1-7) were synthesized. The ligands and complexes were characterized by using UV-Vis, FTIR and 1H-NMR techniques. Absorption and emission studies of synthesized iridium(III) complexes was carried out in toluene, chlorobenzene and dichloromethane solvents. Synthesized iridium(III) complexes (1-7) in toluene, chlorobenzene and dichloromethane show absorption bands between 283-485 nm and emission bands between 548-610 nm. The synthesized complexes present a red emission.en_US
