dc.description.abstract | Bilateral intracavernous carotid artery aneurysms are rare and can present with various clinical findings. The authors report on a case presenting with symptoms mimicking myasthenia gravis due to bilateral internal carotid artery aneurysms. This case illustrates a rare clinical condition, and the importance of detailed neuroimaging in neurological practice is emphasized in the paper. © 2010 Informa Healthcare USA, Inc. | en_US |
