dc.description.abstract | In this research, performed on academic staff in the UK, e-mail usage level of bales is determined and indications are achieved about the path to follow in e-mail marketing. In the first part of the applicability of e-mail marketing is analyzed by using the levels of the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action).
