Bir proje performans ölçüm sistemi olarak kazanılmış değer analizi ve bir araştırma

Abstract

Within this study, the notion of project management, its showing up and its methods which are used throughout its developmental process are handled as in general terms while the notion of project performance management is examined more intimately. Accordingly, how to use earned value analysis system, which is the main issue of this study and is a pro-active system, as a project performance measurement. Besides, parameters of the system, its knowledge brokers, techniques, strengths and weaknesses are presented. In the research part of the study of literature it has been established in line with the eight hypotheses. Survey method have preferred to collect the necessary data for hypothesis testing. General data of project management and earned value analysis system data are collected from the participants. The obtained data was evaluated in accordance with the statistical norms, by doing this, research findings were interpreted and hypothesis were tested. The results of the tests of the hypothesis established seven were accepted and one was rejected.

Bu çalışma kapsamında Proje Yönetimi kavramı, ortaya çıkışı ve gelişim süreci boyunca kullanılan yöntemleri genel hatları ile ele alınmış; Proje Performans Yönetimi kavramı ise daha derinlemesine incelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda çalışmanın ana konusunu oluşturan ve pro-aktif bir sistem olan Kazanılmış Değer Analizi Sistemi’nin bir proje performans ölçüm aracı olarak nasıl kullanılacağı, sistemin parametreleri, bilgi araçları, teknikleri, güçlü ve zayıf yönleri ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmanın araştırma bölümünde ise literatür taraması doğrultusunda sekiz adet hipotez kurulmuştur. Hipotezlerin test edilebilmesi için gerekli olan verilerin anket yöntemiyle toplanması tercih edilmiştir. Anket çalışması ile katılımcılardan proje yönetimi ile ilgili genel verilerle birlikte Kazanılmış Değer Analizi Sistemi hakkında veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler istatistiki normlar doğrultusunda değerlendirilerek araştırma bulguları yorumlanmış ve hipotezler test edilmiştir. Yapılan testler sonucunda kurulan hipotezlerden yedi tanesi kabul edilirken bir tanesi reddedilmiştir.
