Abstract: Brachial plexopathi developing after radiotherapy is a rare but severe complication. There are various treatment modalities with limited success rate. To the best of our knowledge, there is no report of radiofrequency thermo coagulation application in brachial plexopathi treatment which is a successful method for control of chronic pain. The present case report presents stellate ganglion radiofrequency application in a case of brachial plexopathi which developed after radiotherapy and resistant to treatment. There were no complications apart from Horner syndrome which developed within 48 hours after application and disappeared spontaneously. As a conclusion, the present case report suggests that stellate ganglion radiofrequency application may be considered as a safe and effective mode of control of pain in such early-phase brachial plexopathi cases.
