Abstract: Increasing competition conditions are forcing companies to work in a productive and economic way. Saving in the fabric is the most important save item in an apparel company. In this study, fabric productivities and unit quantities were researched. Bathrobe, one of the major export items in our country, was investigated. The percentage of fabric utilization and consumption of four bathrobes were calculated and compared according to different assortment plans, fabric widths and spread directions. At the end of the study, it was compared the efficiency of the cutting plans of models, and 2nd model had the highest efficiency, while 4th model had the lowest value. Cutting plan efficiency of the models 1 and 3 were found to be close to each other. It was emphasized that the effects of the productivity differences when considering monthly or annual production capacity of a company.
