Okul yöneticilerinin bilgisayar kullanmadaki tutumları ve etkililikleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, okul yöneticilerinin bilgisayar kullanmadaki tutumları ve etkililiklerini belirlemek ve gerekli önerilerde bulunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı okullarda görev yapan okul idarecilerinin bilgisayar kullanmalarına dair okul yöneticisi görüşleriyle bilgisayar kullanımı tutum ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma anketleri Denizli ili Kale ve Tavas ilçeleri sınırları içindeki milli eğitim bakanlığına bağlı okullarda görev yapan 100 okul yöneticisine uygulanmıştır. Her anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde okul yöneticilerinin kişisel özelliklerini içeren sorular, ikinci bölümde ise bağımlı sorular bulunmaktadır. Anket formunda toplam 42 soru bulunmaktadır. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı okullarda görev yapan okul idarecilerinin, bilgisayar kullanmadaki tutum ve etkililiklerinin cinsiyet, yaş, mesleki kıdem değişkenlerine göre farklılaşma gösterip göstermediği araştırılmıştır. Yöneticilere uygulanan Bilgisayar Tutum Ölçeği ve Yönetici Kişisel Bilgi Formuna göre cinsiyet, branş, yaş, mesleki kıdem ve yöneticilikteki kıdem değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık görülmediği anlaşılmıştır.

This study was conducted to determine the attitudes and activities of school managers in the use of the computer and to make the necessary proposals. In this study, attitude scale on using computer was used to evaluate the computer usage of school administrators who work in the schools affiliated to the ministry of education. Screening model used in this study. Survey questionnaires were administered to 100 school administrators who work in the schools affiliated to the ministry of education in the district of Tavas and Kale, Denizli. Each survey consists of two parts. There are questions in the first section containing the personal characteristics of school administrators and the second section contains the dependent questions. There are 42 questions in the survey. In the school administrators working in the schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education, the differences between the attitudes and opinions of the effectiveness of the use of computers, sex, age, has investigated whether occupational differentiation according to seniority. According to Computer Attitude Scale and Administrators Personal Information Form; no significant differences were found statistically for sex, speciality, age, professional seniority and seniority in management.
