| dc.description.abstract | Barbotinia oraniensis (Barbotin, 1964) is here reported for the first time from Turkey. The cynipid wasp has recorded in Mediterranean region, Northern Africa and some European countries. The galls of the species were collected from the seed capsules of Papaver rhoeas L. (Papaveraceae) in April 2022. Photos of the gall, and data on the distribution, and biology of the new record species are provided. | en_US |
