Türkiye ve Yunanistan’ın tezleri ışığında Kıbrıs sorunu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Kıbrıs sorunu hem tarihsel süreç içerisinde hem de soruna taraf olan aktörlerin politikaları ışığında ele alınmıştır. Kıbrıs sorunun ana aktörleri olan Türkiye, Yunanistan, Kıbrıs Türk tarafı ve Rum tarafı çalışmanın merkezini oluşturmuştur. Aynı zamanda Kıbrıs konusunda etkili olan diğer aktörlere de gelişmeler sırasında ve süreç esnasında yer verilmiştir. BM’nin ve İngiltere’nin çözüm girişimleri ile Kıbrıs Türk tarafı ve Rum tarafının müzakere çabaları tez içerisinde sunulmuştur. Bu girişimler ve çabaların sonuçları da analiz edilerek aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, 1878’de Osmanlı Devleti’nin Kıbrıs’ı İngiltere’ye bıraktığı antlaşma ve bu antlaşma sonrasında 1923’e dek Ada’da yaşanan gelişmeler ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde, 1923-1960 arası dönemde Kıbrıs’ta yaşanan gelişmeler ve bu dönemde Kıbrıs sorununda tarafların politika ve tezleri aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, 1960 Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti kurulduktan sonra Kıbrıs’ta ve Kıbrıs sorunu üzerine meydana gelen gelişmeler, Kıbrıs Harekâtları ve KKTC’nin kuruluş süreci ele alınmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde, KKTC’nin kuruluşundan günümüze dek Kıbrıs sorunu hakkında yaşanan gelişmeler ve sorunun taraflarının bu dönemdeki politikaları üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonuç bölümünde ise genel bir özet eşliğinde Kıbrıs sorununa dair analiz yapılmış ve olası bir çözümün nasıl olacağı hakkında çıkarımda bulunulmuştur.

In this study, the historical process and the Cyprus problem were discussed in the light of both the sides to the policies of the actors problem. Cyprus problem which the main actors in Turkey, Greece, Turkish Cypriot side and the Greek Cypriot side has been the center of the work. It also has been included in the development process and also to the other actors on the Cyprus problem effectively. UN’s and Britain's solution attempts and negotiation efforts of the Turkish Cypriot side and the Greek Cypriot side has been presented in the thesis. By analyzing the results of these attempts and negotiations have been tried to be. In the first section of the study in 1878 the treaty was given the Ottoman Empire Cyprus to Britain and the developments on the island until 1923, after the treaty was discussed. In the second section developments in Cyprus between 1923- 1960 and during this period has attempted to present policies and arguments of the sides in the Cyprus problem. In the third section founded in 1960 on developments in Cyprus and the Cyprus problem occurred after the establishment of the Republic of Cyprus, the Cyprus Operations and the establishment process of the TRNC were discussed. In the fourth section TRNC's establishment until today, the developments on the Cyprus problem and side of the problem was focused on policy in this period. In the conclusion the analysis made on the Cyprus problem and accompanied by an overview of how it has been inferred about a possible solution.
