Aydın ilinde yapı kimyasallarının üretilebilirliği; Bir fizibilite etüdü

Abstract

İnsanoğlunun barınma ihtiyacına en uygun çözümü üreten beton teknolojisi günümüzde oldukça gelişmiştir. Son yıllarda dünyadaki bu gelişimin en büyük pay sahiplerinden biri beton üretiminde kullanılan akışkanlaştırıcılardır. Bu çalışmada da akışkanlaştırıcıların Türkiye'de üretim durumu incelenmiş ve Aydın'da kurulacak bir hiper akışkanlaştırıcı tesisinin fizibilite etüdü yapılmıştır. Fizibilite etüdünde üretim kapasitesi belirlenirken AHP ve TDP yöntemleri kullanılmış ve üretim kapasitesi doğrultusunda maliyet kalemleri ve gelir kalemleri oluşturulmuştur. Projenin kâra geçeceği süre hesaplanmış, sonucunda yatırımın yapılması uygun bulunmuştur.

At the present days, technology of concrete is progressing to generate the most appropriate solution for housing needs of human beings. In recent years, plasticisers using to produce of concrete are the one of the largest shareholders of this development. In this study, examined producing of plasticizer in Turkey and feasibility etude of hyper plasticizer foundation in Aydın. At feasibility etude, AHP and TDP methods are used to determining the capacity of production and expense items and revenue are created in accordance with capacity of production.the projects break – even point is calculated and as a result investment was appropriate to make.
