Boyanmış dokuma havlu kumaşların hidrofilite, yıkama ve sürtme haslıkları üzerine etki eden faktörlerin araştırılması

Abstract

Bir havlu kumaş, mamul hale gelene kadar çok sayıda aşamadan geçer. İplik oluşumundan sonra, dokunan ve sonra da ön terbiye ve renklendirme işlemlerine tabi tutulan havlu kumaş bu aşamalarda her türlü değişken faktörden etkilenirken bu etkenler neticesinde kumaşın özellikleri belirlenmektedir. Bir havlu kumaştan istenen özelliklerden yumuşak olması (tuşe), suyu iyi derecede emmesi (hidrofilite değeri), makine de yıkanırken veya sürtünürken renk akıtmaması (iyi haslık değerleri) gibi özellikler başlıca istenen özellikler arasında yer alır. Buradan yola çıkarak aynı havlu kumaş üzerinde (kumaş konstrüksiyon özellikleri tamamen aynı olan) bu istenen özellikleri etkileyebilecek faktörler için boyahanede deneysel çalışmalar yapılmış ve haslık değerleri üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir.

Terrycloth needs several processes before turning into final goods. After the production of the fabric, the terrycloth passes through the processes of weaving, pre-finishing and dying. During these processes the teryycloth gets the effects of each variable factor in each process and those are the effects that identify the specifications of the terrycloth. The fundamental specifications of a terrycloth are; softness (handle), good water absorbance (hidrofility value), the ability of keeping the original color while washing or during friction (good fastness value). Starting from this point the experiments for the variable factors that could affect those fundamental specifications are done in the dying house on the same terry cloths which have completely the same constructional specifications and the effects of these factors on the fastnesses are analyzed.
