Okul yöneticilerinin örgütsel adalet tutumunun öğretmen görüşleri ile incelenmesi: Denizli ili örneği

Abstract

Okul yönetimi içinde en etkili olan kişiler yöneticilerdir. Okul yöneticilerinin etkinliği eğitimin tam anlamıyla işlemesi için gereklidir. Örgüt içinde düzenin sağlanması ve eğitim için sağlıklı ortamların oluşturulması için okul yöneticilerinin adil bir şekilde yönetim eylemini gerçekleştirmesi gerekmektedir. Örgütsel adalet örgüt içinde adil yönetim ilkelerinin uygulanması ile mümkün olmaktadır. Çalışmamız çerçevesinde okul yöneticilerinin örgütsel adalet tutumları öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla Denizli ilinde bulunan öğretmenlerin konu ile ilgi görüşleri alınmıştır. Çalışmamız bu çerçevede genel tarama ve nicel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılarak oluşturulmuştur.

School administrators are the most influential people. School administrators' activity training is necessary for the full process of education. School administrators need to conduct fair management actions to ensure order within the organization and to create healthy environments for education. Organizational justice is possible through the application of fair management principles within the organization. The organizational justice attitudes of school administrators in the framework of our study were examined in the direction of teachers' opinions. For this purpose, opinions of the teachers in Denizli province were taken. Our work was built on this framework using general screening and quantitative research methods.
