Bilim ve sanat merkezi yöneticilerinden beklenen liderlik davranışları ( Denizli ili Pamukkale ilçesi örneği )

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi yöneticilerinden beklenen liderlik davranışlarına ilişkin öğretmenlerin görüşleri alınmıştır. Bu görüşler doğrultusunda kurumun vizyonu, misyonu ve eğitsel amaçları, öğretmenlerin gelişimi, öğrencilerin başarısı, bilimsel projelere ve olimpiyatlara katılmadaki etkinliği, kurumun fiziki şartlarının iyileştirilmesi, sosyal aktivitelere katılım konuları irdelenerek bu konularda okul yöneticisinin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada “nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması modeli” kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada, Denizli ilinde merkezde bulunan Nezihe-Derya Baltalı Bilim Sanat Merkezinde görev yapan okul yöneticisinden beklenen liderlik davranışlarına ilişkin görüşler aynı kurumda görev yapan ondokuz öğretmene anket uygulanarak belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda bilim sanat yöneticilerinin uzman gücünü daha fazla kullanarak, demokratik, çevreyle uyum halinde, projelere ve bilimsel aktivitelere yönlendirici bir lider olmasını isteniyor.

The purpose of this research is to receive teachers' views on the leadership behaviors expected from the School manager of Science and Arts Center. In line with these views, the effects of the school administrator on these issues are examined by examining the institution's vision, mission and educational goals, the development of the teachers, the success of the students, the effectiveness of participating in scientific projects and the Olympics, improving the physical conditions of the institution and participating in social activities. "Survey model of qualitative research methods" is used in the research. In this research, opinions about leadership behaviors expected from the school administrator working at Nezihe-Derya Baltalı Science Art Center in Denizli province are tried to be determined by applying questionnaires of nineteen teachers working in the same institution. As a result of the research, science and arts center school managers are asked to be a leader that uses more of their expertise and guides them to projects and scientific activities in a democratic, harmonious manner.
