Abstract: The model, shape, presentation and content of effective teaching should be changed because of the developing technology. The technology, which has been developing and spreading rapidly with each passing day, has entered into every field of our life. So that, it has been an important factor in enhancing the quality and level of development of the using skill of the instructional technologies of students and teachers. In this context, the courses that have content of graphic and animation have important contents for learning graphics based programs which are used the material development of teacher candidates. In this study, a scale was developed to measure the opinions of students of Pamukkale University Faculty of Education on these courses. It applied in 4 different department. As a result of analyzing the scales, semantic differences were observed on the department, gender and classroom knowledge of teacher candidates. Particularly the students in the Pre-School Education Department, who are in the first grade and mostly composed of female students, are satisfied with the content of the courses but they stated that the courses are unnecessary.
