A kind of polyamide which can be obtained by casting in atmospheric conditions is called as cestamide (cast polyamide). Due to cestamides have a lower melting temperature compared to polyamides, cestamides have the values of better strength and toughness. Cestamides, which their usage areas are growing over time, have also other types including additives of sodium, magnesium, solid or liquid oil. In this study, the mechanical properties of samples reproduced from scrap cestamide at workshop conditions have been determined. The values of recycled samples have been compared with the results of experiments done for semi-finished. Recycled samples have lower mechanical properties to semi-finished samples. Average uniform stretching of recycled samples 30 times lower than cestamide semi-finished samples. Recycled samples have 17.3% tensile strength to semi-finished samples.en_US
