The universe of the research in relational survey method was formed by faculty members who have their PhD and work for educational faculties at the state universities in Turkey. Since the purpose of this research was to reach the whole universe, sampling was not taken. 866 faculty members were reached within the research context. Data of this study was collected by using "Organizational Climate Scale-OCS" and "The Perception of Organizational Politics Scale-POPS" on a web-based questionnaire.
