İlköğretim okulu öğretmenlerinin örgütsel değişmeye ilişkin tutumları [Master Thesis]

Abstract

Bu arastırmanın amacı, Denizli il merkezindeki ilkögretim okulu ögretmenlerinin örgütsel degismeye iliskin tutumlarını belirlemektir. Arastırmanın örneklemini 2005-2006 egitim ögretim yılında Denizli il merkezindeki resmi ve özel ilkögretim kurumlarında görev yapan 342 ögretmen olusturmaktadır. Ögretmenlere arastırmacı tarafından gelistirilen ve 59 sorudan olusan ölçek uygulanmıstır. Verilerin analizinde ortalama, standart sapma, t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi gibi tekniklerden yararlanılmıstır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre asagıdaki sonuçlara ulasılmıstır: 1. Denizli il merkezindeki ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan ögretmenlerin örgütsel degismeye iliskin tutumları ?orta? düzeydedir. 2. Denizli il merkezindeki ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan ögretmenlerin örgütsel degismeye iliskin tutumları arasında cinsiyet, kıdem ve okul türü degiskenlerine göre anlamlı bir fark yoktur. 3. Brans ögretmenlerin örgütsel degismeye iliskin tutum düzeyleri, sınıf ögretmenlerinin tutum düzeylerinden daha yüksek çıkmıstır. 4. Ögretmenlik meslegini yapmaktan memnun olan ögretmenlerin örgütsel degismeye iliskin tutum düzeyleri, ögretmenlik meslegini yapmaktan memnun olmayan ögretmenlere göre daha yüksektir.

The purpose of this study is to determine elementary school teachers? attitudes towards organizational change. The sample of the study consists of 342 teachers working for public and private primary schools during 2005-2006 academic year in Denizli. The 59 item scale developed by the researcher was administrated to the subjects as a data collection instruments. The data has been analyzed by using the techniqes such as average, standard deviation, the t-test and the one way variance analysis. The following results have been reached according to the findings: 1. The attitudes of teachers who are working at central Denizli elementary schools towards organizational change have been found as ?moderate? level. 2. There is no significiant difference between the elementary school teachers? attitudes towards organizational change according to the variables of cender, seniority and the type of school. 3. The attitude levels of secondary school teachers have been found higher than the attitude levels of primary school teachers. 4. The attitude levels of the teachers who are satisfied with their occupation are higher than the attitude levels of the teachers who are not satisfied with their occupation
