Muhasebe mesleğinde haksız rekabetle mücadele, gelinen nokta ve çözüm önerileri

Abstract

Haksız rekabet muahasebe meslek mensuplarının karşılaştıkları en önemli sorunlar arasında yer almaktadır. Bu sorunun çözümünde muhasebe meslek mensuplarının uyması gereken yazılı kurallar ve etik kuralların bulunması gerekir. Güvenilirlik ve muhasebe mesleğinin saygınlığı her açıdan önemli olduğu için bu meslekteki haksız rekabet ve haksız rekabetle mücadelenin önemi bir kat daha artmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, haksız rekabet ile ilgili sorunların tespit edilmesi ve bu sorunlar ile ilgili çözüm önerilerinin ortaya konmasıdır. Bu amaçla Denizli ilinde faaliyet gösteren beş muhasebe meslek mensubunun yazılı görüşleri alınmış ve bu görüşler doğrultusunda çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; muhasebe ücretlerinin haksız rekabet açısından en önemli sorunlardan bir olduğu ortak görüş olarak ortaya çıkmıştır.

Forthis purpose, written opinions from five Professional accountants in Denizli were taken and solutions were presented according to the seopinions. According to the results; as a commonopinion, accounting fees are one of the most important problems in terms of unfair competition.
