Helichrysum compactum boiss. (asteraceae) üzerinde morfolojik, mikromorfolojik ve palinolojik çalışmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’ye endemik Helichrysum compactum (Asteraceae)’un genel morfolojisi ile polen ve aken morfolojisi ışık (LM) ve taramalı elektron mikroskoplarında (SEM) detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Genel morfolojik özelliklerine göre gövde, zayıf ve kısa dallardan oluşmuştur. Taban yaprakları spatulat ve sıktır. Kapitulum ters piramit şeklindedir. İnvolukral brakteler düzenli ve tüm çiçekler hermafrodittir. Polenler izopolar, radyal simetrili; apertür tipi trikolporat; kolpus operkulattır. Polen şekli oblat-sferoidal; ekzin ornamentasyonu ise ekinattır. Aken boyu ortalama 0,65±0,19 mm, aken eni ise 0,27±0,05 mm olarak belirlenmiştir. Aken şekli oblanseolat ve rengi açık kahverengidir.

In this study, the general morphology and pollen and achene morphologies of Helichrysum compactum (Asteraceae), endemic to Turkey, were in detailed examined by light (LM) and scanning electron microscopes (SEM). According to the general morphological features, the stem is composed of weak and short branches. Basal leaves are spatulate and compact. The capitulum has shape of an inverted pyramid. The involucral bracts are regular and all of the flowers are hermaphrodite. Pollens are isopolar, radial symmetrical; aperture is tricolporate; colpus is operculate. The pollen shape is oblate-spheroidal; exin ornamentation is equinate. Average length of achene was determined as 0,65±0,19 mm and average width of achene was determined as 0,27±0,05 mm. The achene shape is oblanseolate and its colour is light brown.
