İlkögretim okulu ögretmenlerinin okul yöneticilerinin örgütleme ve esgüdümleme becerilerine ilişkin algıları (Denizli İli örneği)

Abstract

Arastırma ilkögretim okulu ögretmenlerinin kendi okul müdürlerinin örgütleme ve esgüdümleme becerilerini uygulama sıklıgına iliskin algılarını belirleyebilmek amacıyla gerçeklestirilmistir. Arastırmada ?lkögretim okullarında okul yöneticilerinin örgütleme ve esgüdümleme becerileri anketi? veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıstır. Toplam 52 yargı maddesinden olusan anket bes dereceli Likert ölçegi tipindedir. Bu arastırmanın verileri 2004-2005 egitim ögretim yılı bahar döneminde toplanmıstır. Arastırma Denizli il merkezindeki ilkögretim okulu ögretmenlerine uygulanmıstır. 323 ögretmenin olusturdugu örneklem, rasgele yöntemiyle seçilmistir. Arastırmada elde edilen istatiksel çözümlemeler ?SPSS? programı ile gerçeklestirilmistir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde ortalama, standart sapma ve tek yönlü varyans analizi teknikleri kullanılmıstır. Arastırmanın bulguları sunlardır: lkögretim okulu ögretmenlerinin yöneticilerinin örgütleme ve esgüdümleme becerilerine iliskin algıları ?Çogu zaman? ve ?Arasıra? düzeyindedir. lkögretim okulu ögretmenlerinin okul yöneticilerinin örgütleme ve esgüdümleme becerilerine iliskin algılarında onların cinsiyet, yas, kıdem, mezun olunan okul, görev, görev alanı, yönetici görevinde bulunma ya da egitim yönetimiyle ilgili hizmet içi egitime katılma degiskenlerine göre anlamlı fark bulunmamaktadır.

The study was accomplished with the aim of determining the perceptions of the primary education school teachers towards applications frequency of organizing and coordinating of their own principals. The data of the study were collected by administering ?Organizing and coordinating behaviour of principals at primary education schools? developed by researcher. The instrument has 52 items in Likert type. The questionnaire developed by the the researcher was administered in order to collect data from 323 tecacher which consisted of the sample of study. The data were analyzed by mean, standart deviation and one-way anova. The findings of the study: The perceptions of the primary education school teachers towards organizing and coordinating behaviour of their principals were on these levels ?Usually? and ?Sometimes?. There aren?t any significiant differences between the perception of the primary education school teachers towards abilities of organizing and coordinating behaviour of their principals according to their gender, age, the school graduated, the years of experienced, the branch of study, being as a principal or taking any in-service traning.
