Tedarik zinciri yönetiminde tedarikçi şeçimi ve AHP ile uygulanması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada özellikle, ürünün çıkış noktasından, satış sonrası desteğe kadar büyük bir alanı kapsayan Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi (TZY) ve Tedarikçi Seçimi kavramları ele alınmıştır. Buna bağlı olarak Denizli Belediyesi'nin, İnşaat sektörü içinde yapmış olduğu toplu konut projelerindeki tedarikçi seçimini içermektedir. Tedarikçi seçimi, çeşitli kriterleri içeren çok ölçütlü bir karar problemidir. Seçilecek olan tedarikçiyi diğer tedarikçilerden ayırmak için birbirleriyle aralarında kıyaslamaların yapılması mecburidir. Bunun içinde kriterlerin ikili karşılaştırmaları gerekir. Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden olan ?Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP)? tedarikçi seçim kriterleri arasında karşılaştırma yapmak için gerekli olan bir yöntemdir. Bu çalışma tedarikçi seçimi yapmak için AHP yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Uygulamanın sonucuna ulaşmak için bilgisayar destekli ?Expert Choice? programı kullanılmıştır. Kişilere uygulanan anketlerin verileri bu program yardımıyla sayısal değerlere çevrilmiş, her kriterin ağırlığı hesaplanmıştır. Sonuçta ağırlıklar tedarikçi alternatifleriyle birleştirilerek seçim gerçekleştirilmiştir. In this study, in particular, from the starting point of the product, after sales support to cover a large area of Supply Chain Management ( SCM) and Supplier Selection concepts are discussed. As a result of the Denizli Municipality, have been made in the construction sector in the housing project includes the supplier selection. Supplier selection, including several multi-criteria decision problem is a criteria. The supplier will be selected to distinguish it from other suppliers to make the comparison between each other are mandatory. The bilateral comparisons of the criteria is required. Multi-criteria decision making methods and the "Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)" to make a comparison between the supplier selection criteria is a method which is needed for. To make this work for supplier selection AHP method is used. Result of the application to access computer-aided "Expert Choice" program was used. People of the data is applied to the survey with the help of this program were translated into numerical values, the weight of each criterion was calculated.
