Abstract: In this study, it was aimed to determine the relationship between the self-efficacy beliefs and the profeSional anxiety levels of the pedagogical formation education students. The research is in the relational search model. In the study, self-efficacy perceptions of formation students were considered as independent and professional anxiety levels as dependent variables. The research's universe constitutes 1012 prospective teachers trained in the Pedagogical Formation Education Certificate Program at the Pamukkale University Faculty of Education. The sample consists of 283 prospective teachers selected by random sampling from this group. In the research, "Teacher Self-Efficacy Belief Scale" was used to determine the self-efficacy of teacher candidates and "Anxiety Scale of Pre-Service Teachers" was used to determine professional anxiety levels. There was a negative relationship between the self-efficacy perceptions of the teacher candidates and their occupational concerns. Teacher candidates with high self-efficacy perceptions have low levels of professional anxiety. In addition, it can be said that the self-efficacy perception significantly predicts the level of professional anxiety.
