5.sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerin cümle bilgisi açısından incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 5. Sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinleri cümle bilgisi açısından incelemek ve ilkokul seviyesinden ortaokul seviyesine geçen öğrencilerin hangi cümle türleriyle karşılaştıklarını tespit etmektir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma desenlerin durum çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında yayınlanmış bütün 5. sınıf Türkçe ders kitapları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise MEB tarafından 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında ortaokul 5. sınıflarda okutulması uygun görülen, Bilnet matbaacılık tarafından basılan ortaokul 5. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabı’ ndan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın verileri, içerik analizi tekniği kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada, MEB ortaokul 5. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerinde yer alan cümlelerin yüklemin konumuna göre, cümlenin yapısına göre, yüklemin türüne göre, cümlenin anlamına göre nasıl bir dağılım gösterdiği incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularından hareketle, MEB ortaokul 5. Sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerde yer alan cümleler, yüklemin konumuna göre, kurallı cümlelerin devrik cümlelerden daha fazla yer aldığı görülmüştür. Yine MEB ortaokul 5. Sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerde yer alan cümleler, yapısına göre incelendiğinde, birleşik cümlelerin basit cümlelerden, basit cümlelerin sıralı cümlelerden, sıralı cümlelerin bağlı cümlelerden, bağlı cümlelerin eksik ve yarım bırakılmış cümlelerden daha fazla yer aldığı görülmüştür. Aynı şekilde, MEB ortaokul 5. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerde yer alan cümleler, yüklemin türüne göre incelendiğinde, fiil cümlelerin isim cümlelerinden daha fazla yer aldığı görülmüştür. Yine MEB ortaokul 5. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerde yer alan cümleler, anlamına göre incelendiğinde, olumlu cümlelerin olumsuz cümlelerden daha fazla olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to examine texts of 5th grade Turkish textbook in terms of syntax and to determine the types of sentences the students passing from primary to the middle school level encountered. The case study design of the qualitative research methods was used in the study. The research population consists of all the texts of 5th grade Turkish textbooks which were approved by the Ministry of Education during the 2017-2018 academic year. The sampling, on the other hand, covers written texts of 5th grade Turkish textbook published by Bilnet publishing. The research data were analysed through content analysis technique. In the study, the distribution of the sentences in the 5th grade Turkish textbook published by MNE publishing was examined according to the place of the verb, syntactical structure, types of verb and meaning of the sentence. According to the research findings, it was observed that sentences of the texts in the textbook were mainly regular and the number of regular sentences was higher than inverted sentences regarding the place of the verb. In terms of syntactical structure, the distribution of sentences were respectively as follows: compound sentences, simple sentences, coordinate sentences, conditional sentences and incomplete sentences. When the sentences were examined according to the type of the verb, it was seen that there were more verbal sentences than noun clauses in the texts. When the texts were examined according to the meaning of the sentences, it was revealed that there were positive sentences than negative sentences.
