dc.description.abstractOne of the most important processes is the drying process in manufacturing of viol. Drying process is carried out to remove the water molecules in the viol structure of after viol pulp is poured into the molds. Viol drying process is made by traditional drying systems in the industry. In this study, drying experiments were conducted of wet viol in the specifically designed and manufactured the prototype conveyor microwave drying oven. As a result of experiments, it has been observed that decreased moisture gradient and drying time of viol due to the increasing power of the magnetron.en_US
