The population of the study is 47 schools in Buca, Izmir. The sampling is 15 randomly chosen schools. The study was conducted with 50 teachers who were teaching fourth and fifth grades. The data was collected through a semi-structured Interview Form that included open-ended questions and developed by the researchers. The data was coded by both of the researchers and its consistency co-effierent was assessed. The reliability coeffierent for the first question was 80%, for the second question was 69,23%, for the third question 80%, for the fourh question 72,72%, for the fifth question was 68,66%, for the sixth question 85,71%, for the seventh question was 72,72%. The results indicated that teachers have been experiencing problems in regand to activitres, material usage, skill domains of Turkish instruction and inservice training. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/11499/39463 | ISSN: | 1301-0085 |
